This is Ella. She’s the studio mascot and my little partner in crime!
She’s here to tell you about the boring stuff, you know, Terms of Service, Privacy and Return Policies, Consent of Use, and stuff like that. Wouldn’t you rather hear it from her? I mean, look at that face!
Terms of Service
By creating an account, making a purchase or visiting www.ceramaestudios.com you are consenting to our terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register for this site or make a purchase.
- the site: ceramaestudios.com and all products and services available on it
- us: Ceramae Studios and its creator, Chelsea Dublin
- your content: anything you post or upload on this site
- our content: everything we post on this site owned by us (including text, sound, graphics, or other materials)
This site is designed for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or join our mailing list.
Upon registration, you will select a password and username. This password and username should only be used by you. Your username and password cannot be transferred or shared with others.
I accept all types of payments. For custom orders, payment must be received prior to item creation. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, it must be cancelled within 2 days of ordering or no money back.
To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with PayPal and Stripe to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. Both providers share your name, address, and email with us.
I will send an acknowledgement of receipt of your order within 24 hours. If the item is premade, it will ship within 5 business days of this time. A ceramic custom order made from scratch will require a 2 week lead time to allow for appropriate drying and firing. (I know it sounds like forever but please respect the process it takes to turn dirt into art!)
All jewelry and button orders are presented in a colorful organza bag and shipped in padded envelopes. Larger items are shipped in a flat rate box most appropriate to the project.
Free standard shipping included on domestic orders of jewelry and buttons, expedited shipping available for additional cost. International orders pay only whatever shipping will be. Home decor items are shipped at minimum cost, wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely. I do not make any money from shipping or handling costs, only pass it along to you.
If multiple items are ordered together, they will be shipped together in the most cost effective manner (in other words you will not be charged individual shipping per item).
All items are packaged to deliver intact. If, for any reason, an item arrives damaged or broken, I will offer replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with your order, I will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value with a $3 fee to cover shipping costs incurred with the exchange.
Due to the nature of ceramics, I cannot guarantee your product will NEVER break, especially if dropped on a very hard surface. While it is unfortunate to think about, I am not responsible for breakage after receipt and use of the item. Many items are individually made and I do not have a new version to immediately send you, so replacement or compensation for a quick break will be worked through on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds to be discussed on a case-by-case basis, but not guaranteed. My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you aren’t, please contact me so that we can discuss what I can do to ensure your happiness!
From time to time, we’ll include affiliate links. And if you click them and make a purchase, we’ll get a commission in exchange. These funds help support all the content that we create.
We also are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
These links are always to products or services that we’ve purchased or used ourselves and think you might like to. And we aren’t going to hide them. If it’s an affiliate link, you’ll be told.
Every other link is just to help you learn more or dig deeper and not in exchange for payment.
